Part 6 of my everlasting series
I watched until they were out of sight, I went and looked around and took off the cloak. I looked back at Jeff and Emma, I said "We need to leave." They both looked shocked, Emma asked "Why? Who is that?" She gasped, "Is that YOUR GIRLFRIEND?! ARE YOU CHEATING ON CAROLYN?!" I stared at her with a blunt stare on my face, I decided to just humor her and tell her later. "Yes that's my girlfriend and she wants to kill me!" They Emma clearly didn't get it but Jeff saw from the beginning. I ran towards the tennis court, I told them "Watch this." I bent down, put my hands on the ground, and closed my eyes and focused all of my energy in the palms of my hands. Through my eyelids, I could see the light coming from my hands, as soon as I did rose, and lifted up my hands. The earth rumbled, I knew that this was no illusion. The ground was shaking beneath our feet, I thought I heard footsteps behind me so I tried to speed it up. The ground started to raise in front of us and a motorcycle, Suzuki, blood red, chrome pipes and built in radio; came from underneath the ground. I quickly jumped on made a tinted helmet with the shield, "Jump on!" I yelled, Emma got on, Jeffrey said "There's a car in front I'll just take that." I said "Hurry up!" And quickly sped away. I was on the freeway when Jeffrey finally caught up to me. I dissipated my helmet and said "What took you so long?" He looked over, trying to watch the road and both of us and said "I had to get everything in the back!" I looked a how much it actually was and how big the car was. The car: green minivan, maybe a trailblazer, only two seats. I thought to myself "He should practice on that, going to get us killed someday." I told him "Meet us at the old hotel the other end of town!" And sped off.
I first stopped on the other side of the mountain that Oakbridge is on, I drove up to a cave, got off, went in. I told Emma "Stay here, if you see anyone other than Jeffrey, yell. Ok?" She responded with a simple "Ok." I went in. After a little while I came back out and found Emma sitting in one of the trees, I said "Come on, we gotta go." Luckily for me she didn't ask any questions about what I did in there, what was in there, or why I know have a .43 magnum with laser pointer and night vision scope holstered on a belt. I drove to the hotel, to find Jeffrey sitting outside. The hotel was amazingly old, all of the wood on the building was rotted and pale, the porch was half deteriorated and missing a roof, the inside was built like an old western saloon without the piano, the floor was littered with broken stones, glass, some old tables and chairs as well as old family heirlooms that were now virtually worthless. As we went in, I turned to them and said "This is our home now." Emma looked as if she were going to cry, not because of the condition of the building that is now our home, but because the reality of running away from home was starting to settle in. She walked forward barely two steps, when she started falling. I quickly caught her and took her upstairs to put her in bed. She passed out. I told Jeffrey "Keep an eye on her, she might do something stupid when she wakes up." I went outside and looked all around the Inn, I jumped onto the roof and inspected some, I noticed that there was one plank of wood that was fresh, almost as if cut two, three days ago. I opened it, inside a small room, completely inaccessible from anywhere else. Inside a trunk, a giant steel battle hammer. About ten feet in length, weight of maybe 40 pounds. I figured maybe the inn hasn't been abandoned for that long and just ignored it. I walked to the top of the roof (instead of the usual, slant flat ground, the roof was a small hill with a pointed top, but large enough to sit on). I looked around the town and saw to people walking down the street...... both blonde..... I quickly retreated to the back of the building and slid through one of the open windows. I went to Emma's room, still fast asleep. Jeffrey was reading some book that he picked up before he left home, I think it was called "Spirits Remembered" or something like that. Suddenly this thought entered my head, an image. In the picture I saw Carolyn, and Sam, staring at the inn. Sounds of a shattered window, run to the back, sight of a young boy, maybe fourteen years old. Running. Running and showing no signs of slowing down, turned to look back and ran even faster away. In his right hand, a Battle Hammer. On his back, four katanas. Run, run! RUN! I went to the front window on the second story, and looked out. "Fuck!" I shouted in shock, I ran to Jeffrey and Emma. "Guys, we need to leave!" Jeffrey had angry look on his face, "We can't go anywhere! Emma is still traumatized!" I looked at Emma, still asleep. I said "I'm leaving, you can stay if you want but for the record, we never met." I quickly started running, not caring if he agreed with me or not. I went and took four swords out of his trunk, and grabbed the hammer from what I originally claimed as my room. I went to the back window, jumped out and started running FAST. When I ran what I thought was about 250 feet, I looked back. I saw two people standing outside, staring at me. I stopped. I stared. One girl, one boy. The girl started running. As did I, ever so faster. I ran, I ran so far away, I just ran. It seemed like I ran all night and day. I told myself to stop running when hell freezes over. Unfortunately the equivalent to that was tripping over a rock buried in the ground. I fell, I landed, I bled.... a lot. I stopped. I took out the gauze from my pocket, wrapped it around the wound. I looked in at my reflection in a nearby lake, I looked like Shiek if he were missing an eye. I stood up, stared at the sky, it was dark, I could see but a single star. I thought of my friends, I thought of Ryan, Holden, Joe, Willie, Jeffrey, Emma, Sam, Carolyn. Only, when I thought of Carolyn.......... she was dead.

Part 5
Ok so first of all, I've been having some issues at my school with what I been writing so I have to say this first. "It's my fucking story I can write what ever the fuck I want." Tried to get that from Massimo's point of view. Anyway...
Part 5 I wish... I wish....
I was a fish! I swear to gawd I was a fucking fish!
I've been having these wierd dreams lately, where I've been some sort of animal and I was being hunted down by something else; the wierd thing though, is that they've all had these peculiar details that made them look like the same being. Like a scar under the eye, and the imprint of demon wings on the back. First I was a fish, like a guppy, and was being chased by a motor-boat with a net at the bottom. The net had a stitching in the middle that looked like a pair of wings and there was a scar-like hole underneath the right side of the windshield when I was brought up. After that I was a rabbit, and I was in the jungle for some reason, and I was being chased by a tiger. Same features, scar under eye, wing shape on the back. I got up, stretched go to mess hall. Eat some breakfast, go out go to the pool, test lung capacity. "Three hours should be good enough." I thought to myself as I looked at the sun. I surfaced, I swam to the edge got up. "Three years and I still can't get up to four!" I told myself. "Maybe if you didn't eat churros so much!" I quickly turned around, theres Emma and Jeffery standing behind me holding my backpack and and a large traveling trunk."Hey!" I exclaimed went over and gave them both a hug. I took a good look at the both of them. Jeffery slightly taller, and a bit bigger probably from all of his exercises. And Emma, also taller, still about as big, definetly maturing as a young woman. "What's all this?" I asked. "Just some stuff we thought would help you." Emma responded. I opened my backpack and found all sorts of salad ingredients as well as recipes and a guide for edible plants in the wild. "You guys really think I'm still fat?" I asked jokingly. "Well we didn't think you would lose this much wieght this fast." Jeff answered. I then asked the both of them "What are you guys doing here?" They didn't say anything for a minute. Then Jeff said "We thought that you could use some company-" Emma finished: "So we decided to leave home as well." I heard this and thought "Oh boy." I asked them "Why?" Again the awkward silence, this time I just changed the subject. "What's in the trunk?" Jeff opened it and said "Allllllll of my favorite weapons." In it were a plethora of swords, guns, shives, knives, and even a few projectile weapons. I couldn't stop myself, I went for the first sword that I saw and started cutting at the nearby bushes. Jeffrey quickly yelled, "Stop! You'll ruin it!" I stopped myself and realized how dull the sword would eventually get. I looked at the two and told them "What's going on back home?" Emma had a concerned look on her face, Jeffery seemed a little more casual. He said "Evereyone's doing pretty well." Emma, quick to contradict him, said "Joe, Holden and Ryan are quiet and they don't mess around like they used to." I was dissapointed by this and thought "I can only assume how she's doing." I asked "How's Carolyn?" Neither of them said anything. Emma said "Nobody has seen her since a week after you left." And before that she never talked, she was never with her friends, she never even acknowledged anyone." This was actually a bit of a shock to me, I expected Carolyn to be the one to be able to cope with it. I thought for a minute, "If nobody's seen her, then where is she? Why did or didn't she go? Why isn't she here?" Just then I heard something come from the main office. I told them quietly, "Hide!" we quickly took off towards the little crawl space underneath the main deck. I put a telepathic cloak over us making us somewhat invisible. From where we were sitting, we could see two other people coming down from the stairs, one woman, one man, blonde a little short maybe 5' 3", maybe 18 or even 17, fully grown in more than one area. The man, also blonde, much shorter probably 4' 9" looked pretty strong for his size. "He said he would be here." said the woman, "Maybe he left after a while?" The man said. They both sat on the hill in front of us and just waited, eventually the woman said "Maybe he's in one of the cabins?" She stood up and turned. She stared in our direction first, she walked up to where we were, and stared me straight in the eye. She didn't see me, but I think she knew something was there. She turned adn as quickly as she appeared, Carolyn left again.

Eight divided by two
Part 8, For better or for evil?
I was lying in bed that night wondering what I should do; not about my new situation with the ooze, but more about what would happen if anybody else knew about it. Every time I thought about it my mind kept going back to the same people over and over again. First to Carolyn, then it went to Emma, then Joe, then Jeff, Holden, Ryan and Willie. Then it went to my family, mom, dad, Steph, the animals. I thought "What would happen if I left?" and every single time that I thought the question I always imagined everybody much better off. Always happier, and always care-free. Making big changes in their lives, doing the impossible. Being successful, achieving their dreams. I thought, and thought and thought and thought and every thought eventually led to Carolyn. I thought and thought. Growing up happy and careless. Thought and thought. Job of her dreams, man of her dreams. Thought and thought, and thought, and thought. Cried. Thought. Sleep. Thought. Dream. Thought..... dream.... Dream for the future, dream for the past, dream for the present, dream for those in last. A poem that my mother had made up, I never quite understood what it meant, but I think I'm starting to grasp the meaning. When I realized I was awake I took a quick look around my surroundings, making sure I hadn't done anything stupid in my sleep I felt something was amiss. I looked up, looked around, window closed, door closed, fan off, TV off. I got up as quietly as I could, no thanks to my bed of a thousand years, I woke up my cat as well as the dogs; luckily thats all that stirred. I went and went sneaking around the room. It took me a small while, but I realized that I was not wearing the pants that I went to bed in, although normally pantsless, I knew something was wrong. I checked my sisters room, the loft, under my bed, downstairs living room, kitchen, master bed, restroom, office, garage. Nothing. I went back to bed. I was sitting up in bed, looked at the clock. 2:00 am. Sighed, laid down. Covered with blankets, curtains flowing in the wind... I stared at the curtains, stared, wondering what was different, what changed? Then I realized. "The window is open!"
I quickly got up, not caring if the animals made noise, looked at the window, the screen had been knocked out and into the backyard. Looked out, looked up, barely saw what appeared to be the top of a head retreating over the roof just as I came into view, I muttered, "Got you now!" I leaned at the edge of my window sill, grabbed the edge of the gutter and hoisted myself up. I jumped onto the roof and only saw a silhouette, about my height and weight, probably stronger and more agile. I said "Who are you?" The shadow said nothing, just stood there, then bent over. There was something on his back, something odd. I thought "No way..." As he spread his wings and began to fly away. I stood and watched, I thought "He's flying really low, and probably slower than he can go... He wants me to follow him!" As soon as I realized this I started sprinting toward the edge of the house and when I hit the end of the roof I leaned forward, put my feet on the wall and pushed as hard as possible. I jumped to the other house but barely missed the landing, stumbling to my feet I thought to myself, "Can't Screw up now." I continued running, still making a few mistakes here and there, but increasing skill each time. We ran all the way to downtown San Diego, when I thought to myself, "Where is he taking me?" I continued running and he landed on the roof of a large almost industrial-like building. I jumped up to the roof, stopped in front of him. I said "Just... Who are you?" he turned his wings outstretched, his eyes glowing pure white, wings reaching at least 20 feet. Curved at the top, as well as the bottom, both curving the same way with little talons on the bottom of the edge. He said in a voice so ominous that it gave me chills, "Who am I?" "I should be asking you." "So... Who are you?" "Who am I?" "Simple..." I stared for a bit, waiting to hear what else he would say. "You... are me." And with that he turned back around and flew off, so fast I couldn't even see him afterwards. I thought to myself, "Well that makes a lot of sense." And quickly started running home. Went to bed, fell asleep, woke up, got ready, went to school. I was heading out of class at the end of the day and noticed that all of my friends were in one big group facing me, from left to right, Willie, Emma, Jeffrey, Carolyn, Joe, Holden, and Ryan. Carolyn (apparently the one elected to tell me whatever it was they wanted to say) walked up to me and said "Tim, we need to talk to you where we can speak freely." I could tell this was serious so I went and followed. As we were walking towards the dog park I couldn't help but notice that they all stayed together, as if they were keeping something from me. I walked behind them, they stepped in sync, they stopped, I stopped. They turned around, Carolyn came up to me and said "What happened the other day?" I thought for a moment, I wanted to say that I knew what happened but I didn't. So I told them the truth. "I don't know what happened, I just woke up one morning and there it was." Glad that they knew what I meant by "it", they continued to talk to me about the situation. Emma came up next and Carolyn stepped back, she turned around and sat on the bench with her head down. "We- we think that you should... lay low for a while..." Emma said. "Lay low?" I pondered stupidly. I could tell why they were telling me to "lay low" but I couldn't understand why it was such a big deal to them. "We think you could be- a..... a target, for some people." she continued. I thought about this and simply said "I see." She stepped back and joined Carolyn on the bench, she held her head up. Joe was next, he walked up. "You need to keep this a secret or else something bad could happen. Not just to you, but to all of us. To everybody. To Carolyn. As soon as he said this my eyes immediatley went to her. She had her hands on her face, like she was hiding, hiding from something, hiding something in itself, hiding her emotions. Jeffery came up, "You need to make a decision by the end of the week." Now I could tell, I see what happened. I said to the lot of them, "You guys told someone didn't you?" They all stared blankley at me, except for Carolyn who just got up and walked off in the other direction. "I see........" I looked at Carolyn, started to walk after her, but stopped. I turned around, looked at each one of them. I tried as hard as possible to remember their faces, their names, them. Emma, Joe, Jeffrey, Holden, Ryan, Willie. The only thing I said after that was something that I can never take back, something I can never make false, something that had to stay true and with me for the rest of my life. "I'll miss you all, I'll be at Oakbridge." I started to walk away, I could hear them sobbing, consoling, wondering if they did the right thing. I realized I could hear their thoughts. Joe, "I just one of my best friends.", Ryan "I wish there was another way.", Emma, "I'm sorry.", Holden and Willie said nothing. Then as I walked past the parking lot, past the street lamps, I heard "I love you." I turned around quickly, they were gone, just Carolyn, sitting on the bench. I thought to myself "Carolyn..." She looked up, but I was already gone.

Tres, Three
Part 3
I came back home from the hospital feeling very unsuccessful, the people at the hospital had no idea what it was exactly in my body that day, but the cool part is that they put it in a jar and let me take it home. The best part? It glows in the dark with a blueish tint! Since I had nothing better to do I went outside (where I wouldn't be seen) and tried to figure out what I could do with my powers. The first thing I tried to do was go jedi and try to pick up a bunch of stuff with "the force." I succeeded in giving lifting up an empty wooden box, as well as giving myself the wrist-cramp of a lifetime. "I guess I should stick to cans and bottles then." I thought to myself. I then tried to do that jump thing that killed Jeffrey but I kept hitting the wall. I fell down onto the bricks every time. I then realized that I could easily determine the maximum output of force onto the ground to propel myself into the air followed by frequent smaller outputs on either side of the corridor that is my house and the fence of the neighbors. I made it by only the grip of my first three fingers. I tried to pull myself up but failed miserably about four times. Instead falling through the nearby tree and onto the bricks yet again. I could only imagine the look that was on my face when I was falling and decided to try and build up my durability and stamina, so I went and got a cupcake from my neighbors bakery. I was inside the house eating my cupcake and logging onto gmail. I then realized (partly because Joe told me) that I had not finished my end of the semester reflection. I then got stuck into a daydream about what I would be able to do all of the summer with my new powers and what I would already be doing. After that I went and got distracted (yet again) from what I was supposed to be doing. I told Joe "Where do you think is a good place to practice?" He responded "Practice what?" I was trying not to say anything unless on a secure line, so I told him "*My skateboarding*" I was hoping he would figure it out. "Ohhhhh..... I guess the outskirts of town would be good. Maybe even Oakbridge if your willing to travel." I was a bit surprised at this response, but I guess these were reasonable ones. I simply said "Maybe... In due time." I thought that I might as well start to disconnect myself from the people I know since these could very well change my life for the worse. I told Joe "Think I'll ever see you guys again?" And for the longest time he didn't say anything so I decided to change the subject. "So are they going to put Bobobo back on the air?" He said quickly "No, they canceled the series for the U.S." I decided to leave it at that and go to bed.
